In order to perform a “factory reset” on a Nokia box when you are able to log in to the box using the admin uername, simply go to the /config directory and rename or remove the file called “active” by typing “rm active“.
When you then issue the “reboot” command, the box will begin it’s startup dialogue and will prompt for a new hostname. The admin password will be blank by default.
